| Tonight Captain Hutting organized a water ops drill with Lt. Predmore and Lt. Rochlitz assistance. This drill consisted of a water relay from the Village stand pipe shuttled via Tankers to a portable pond where an Engine was Supplying our ladder truck. To conduct this drill we invited Washington Heights FD, Pine Bush Fd and Walker Valley FD. This training was conducted to better our interoperability and build on relationships. In the fire service short on man power it was great to see so many firefighters coming together. After our drill we had a quick meal with each other, those fire house bay talks over a meal are always unforgettable. |
